Stephanie Capron is a highly accomplished HR executive with over 25 years of experience leading strategic human resources initiatives for prominent organizations in the healthcare and research sectors. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Leadership from The Ohio State University, where she gained a solid foundation in HR practices and organizational development.
Through Synchra Solutions, she partners with companies to maximize their business outcomes by implementing effective people practices and driving organizational excellence. Stephanie leverages her extensive experience and deep understanding of HR strategies to deliver tailored solutions that align with her clients' unique needs and objectives.

Previously, Stephanie held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Ritzman, where she successfully optimized workforce performance across multiple divisions. She also served as the Global Director of Human Resources at Smithers, overseeing HR operations in North America, Europe, and Asia for a leading contract research organization operating in the materials, pharmaceutical, information, cannabis, and environmental testing industries.

With over 30 years of experience in the field, Shelly Ray is a highly respected and accomplished HR professional. Her expertise spans various industries, including manufacturing and energy. Her extensive experience with union management and negotiations is unparalleled. She has successfully navigated the intricacies of labor relations, ensuring harmonious working environments and fostering productive collaborations between management and unions.
Shelly has a bachelor's degree in education and an MBA in Leadership and Development from Western Michigan University.

Her strategic approach to designing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs has helped organizations attract and retain top talent.
